About the Mabett Console Side Storage Box

Below each outer air vent of a 4th Gen Tacoma there is an open spot of dash, and this box turns it into a pocket. Pick Driver side or Passenger side. You press the box into place and its shape holds it in the surrounding trim. A silicone pad on the back adds friction, so no tape or glue touches the dash. Inside, a removable silicone mat stops keys and coins from sliding. When it gets dusty, you take out the mat alone and leave the box in place. It also fits the 2025–2026 4Runner.

In storage & organizers for the Tacoma you will find it next to the Door Side Storage Box Set, both part of the Mabett lineup.

Key features

  • Two sides: Driver side and Passenger side are sold as separate boxes, so you can fit one or both.
  • No adhesive: Silicone backing grips the dash, so you use no tape.
  • Removable mat: The inner mat lifts out for cleaning while the box stays put.
  • Two vehicles: Fits the 2024–2026 Tacoma and the 2025–2026 4Runner.

Install and use

  1. 1

Line the box up with the dash area below the air vent on your chosen side.

  2. 2

Press it in until the shaped edges seat in the trim.

  3. 3

    Drop the silicone mat inside.
